Mild BBQ Salmon Parcels
Place a salmon fillet on foil, coat in the rub and a knob of butter, fold into a parcel and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Sticky Chicken Drumsticks
Coat drumsticks generously, leave for an hour and bake at 190°C for 40 minutes.
BBQ Sausages
Score the sausages lightly and coat in the rub before grilling.
